Elbert started studying yoga and meditation in 2008 and is a certified RYT500 hour yoga instructor, personal fitness trainer and Thai Yoga Body Work practitioner. He is also certified as a nutritional health counselor and running coach.
Elbert is passionate about all things health and wellness, eager to share his knowledge with others. Combining physical movement with relaxation techniques, Elbert works with his students and clients to build strength, increase flexibility and establish a meaningful mind-body connection with the goals of achieving stress reduction and overall life longevity.
When not teaching or coaching, he is busy training for marathons, having completed 18 to date with no plans of slowing down.
