
Elbert started studying yoga and meditation in 2008 and is a certified yoga instructor and personal trainer He is passionate about all things health and wellness, eager to share his knowledge with others.
Having lived most of his childhood and teen years overweight, lacking energy and motivation, his specialty now is working with individuals to achieve healthy body fat percentage achieved through total body strength conditioning. As a certified nutritional health counselor and classically trained chef, Elbert is knowledgeable of different dietary theories and works with his clients to create eating habits that promote life longevity.
In his downtime, Elbert is busy training for marathons, having completed 18 to date with no plans of slowing down. As training is an integral part of his lifestyle, injury prevention is at the core of all his collaborations with his students.
